**Position: QA Officer**

**Location**: Sachin, Gujarat
**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**CTC**: ₹3-5 LPA

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Officer** to join our team in Sachin, Gujarat. As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across our products and processes. You will play a key role in identifying potential issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Monitoring**: Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections, testing, and reviewing product specifications.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate any quality deviations or product defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with quality management systems, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
- **Training**: Assist in the training of staff on quality control processes and the implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on quality performance, issues, and improvements to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmaceuticals**.
- 2-3 years of experience in **Quality Assurance** in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- In-depth knowledge of **QA methodologies**, **testing procedures**, and **regulatory standards** (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Ability to handle documentation and detailed reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
