**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services and products.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update client records in the database.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up calls as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Client Handling**:

- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- **IT Field Knowledge**:

- Basic knowledge of the IT field to understand and explain services offered.
- **Computer Skills**:
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
