IT Technician for Vfx Studio

Kochi, India ident labs Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the VFX studio's network, PCs, and other hardware
- Provide necessary safety solutions, including backup systems and data recovery plans
- Assemble and maintain systems for production needs
- Ensure that all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
- Copy and share content with clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Provide support to staff members as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT Technician role
- Strong knowledge of software installation and configuration
- Experience with network and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with VFX software and hardware preferred

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
