**Job Title: VFX On-Set Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-Set Supervision**:

- Attend all relevant shoots to oversee VFX requirements.
- Provide guidance on the placement of green screens, tracking markers, and other VFX elements.
- Ensure accurate data collection, including camera angles, lighting conditions, and environmental details.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with directors and DOPs to plan and execute complex VFX shots.
- Coordinate with the post-production VFX team to communicate on-set data and feedback.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Advise on the technical feasibility of VFX concepts during pre-production meetings. Troubleshoot any on-set challenges related to visual effects.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of VFX shots during production to ensure they meet the project’s creative and technical standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in VFX supervision, with at least 1 year on-set.
- Proven track record of working on feature films, television series, or high-end commercials.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and processes.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Maya, Aftereffects, Blender, and Houdini.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lens data, and motion capture technology.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing production needs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
