Making Out-Bound / In Bound Calls and explaining the BRAND / Product

Following up with the customers up to closing the deal.

Continue relation with the Customer Relationship Management activity with the customer

Resolving the customers query and help them in understanding our product.

Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.

Explain the Franchisee benefits

Coordinate with the other departments for smooth closure of the sales.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
