**Opening for Municipal Solid Waste Plant** - **Accounts Officer**
**Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh**
**JOB DESCRIPTION/CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Expertise in Managing Accounts for Government Projects
- Must have knowledge of Accounting Softwares (Zoho, Tally ERP, Tally Prime)
- Proficient in GST Filing and Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct budget tracking and variance analysis to support effective financial management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, as well as internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in industry or plant operation.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
**LANGUAGE**:
- English (preferred) along with other vernacular languages
**JOB LOCATION**:
- Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh
