**Promote chit fund schemes to individuals, small businesses, and self-employed professionals**:

- **Conduct field visits and door-to-door sales in assigned areas**:

- **Explain various chit schemes clearly and persuasively to prospects**:

- **Convert leads into subscribers through consistent follow-up**:

- **Assist customers in documentation and onboarding**:

- **Maintain relationships with existing members to ensure renewals and upsells**:

- **Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth**:

- **Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and report performance**:

- **Gather feedback from the market and suggest ideas for improvement**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
