Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Niyaaz Enterprises, you will be responsible for selling thermal paper rolls, including 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch thermal rolls, to various target customers such as petrol bunks, restaurants, sweets and bakeries, supermarkets, têxtiles, and medical shops in the city. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the marketing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers, including petrol bunks, restaurants, sweets and bakeries, supermarkets, têxtiles, and medical shops, to generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior in order to tailor sales strategies and pitch the benefits of thermal paper rolls.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing timely after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company, including sales volume and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers and negotiate sales contracts and terms.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, sales forecasts, and other sales-related documentation as required by the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes, efficient order management, and timely delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paper roll or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, set and achieve sales targets, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city to meet customers.

Compensation:

- Basic salary: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Sales commission: 5% of total sales value
