To manage and oversee all production activities and ensure timely availability of raw materials by effectively handling the raw material stores. This role ensures smooth coordination between production planning, material availability, inventory management, and dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities:Production Management**:

- Plan and execute daily production schedules as per requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets with optimal use of resources.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor and reduce production downtime, rework, and wastage.

**Raw Material (RM) Stores Management**:

- Manage inventory of raw materials and consumables required for production.
- Ensure timely procurement and receipt of raw materials in coordination with the purchase department.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO or other inventory control systems as per industry norms.

**Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock ledgers.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with documentation for internal audits and external inspections.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Report production and material status to senior management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with vendors/logistics for timely delivery and issue resolution.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in production and store areas.
- Comply with ISO, 5S, and other quality management standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of production processes and raw material handling.
- Inventory management and ERP knowledge (SAP, Tally, or other systems).
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
- 4-8 years of experience in a manufacturing setup handling both production and RM stores.
- Prior experience in ERP-based systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
