**Job Title**:Ftech RM/ Sales Executive
**Reports to**:Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
**Requirements**:
**Education**:Graduation in any field.
**Experience**:Minimum of 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [industry type, e.g.,FMCG, tech, B2B sales, Fintech].
**Location**:Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune
**CTC**:2.4 LPA + 60K Variables/Annum
**Job Overview**
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within a defined geographical area. Your role will require you to conduct face-to-face meetings, provide product demonstrations, and meet sales targets in line with company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Generation & Lead Management
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Present and sell company products/services to current and potential clients.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Market & Customer Research
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback to identify needs and work with internal teams to meet those needs.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update the CRM system with sales activities.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of sales leads and activities.
- Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
**Skills**:
- Ability to work independently with a self-motivated approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
