Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospect and Lead Generation**: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
