**Job Title: Content Strategist**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement content strategies that support our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform content planning.
- Define content goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure all content is on-brand, adheres to style guidelines, and meets SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to produce engaging multimedia content.
- **Content Planning & Management**:

- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
- Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication, including coordinating with internal and external contributors.
- Optimize content for various channels and formats, including web, mobile, and social media.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on content effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Engage with audiences through various channels to gather feedback and foster community interaction.
- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, build brand loyalty, and drive conversions.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize content based on performance data, industry trends, and audience feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends, SEO practices, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in writing and editing content for diverse platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
