We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen our brand voice, engage our audience, and drive awareness and leads across digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Conduct research on travel and photography trends to generate fresh content ideas.
- Write and edit high-quality articles, captions, newsletters, and long-form content.
- Repurpose and optimize existing content for various platforms.
- Track content performance and make improvements based on analytics and audience insights.
- Ensure all content reflects Toehold’s tone, values and positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or copywriting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media and SEO best practices.
- Passion for travel and/or photography (preferred).
- Ability to think creatively, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
