**About the Role**:
We are seeking a brilliant and results-oriented Marketing Strategist to join our team in

Indiranagar, Bangalore. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic

marketing campaigns that propel H₂OPE's growth and amplify the impact of our targeted

offline advertising solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Client Acquisition team to understand the specific marketing goals and objectives of potential and existing clients.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies that leverage H₂OPE's unique advertising platform to reach target audiences effectively.
- Craft compelling and impactful advertising campaigns to maximize brand awareness and engagement for H₂OPE's client base.
- Analyze campaign performance data and utilize insights to optimize ongoing campaigns
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify innovative ways
- to enhance H₂OPE's overall marketing approach.
- Collaborate with the internal team (Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across B2B and B2C landscapes.
- Proven experience in analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- A meticulous and organized approach to project management

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
