**Customer Network Planning**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for the deployment and optimization of customer networks.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical teams, sales) to ensure alignment on customer network requirements.
- **Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting**:

- Continuously monitor network performance and address any issues affecting customers' network experience.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any network-related problems.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage the implementation of new network services, ensuring they meet customer needs and timelines.
- Track and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding network-related inquiries or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific network needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management detailing network performance, customer satisfaction, and any areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, support, sales) to ensure seamless network services.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for network improvement based on customer feedback.

Pay: ₹10,175.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
