**Role Summary**

The Procurement Executive plays a key role in managing the sourcing and purchasing activities of the organization. This role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The Procurement Executive collaborates with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensures alignment with budgetary and quality standards. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential to drive cost-effective procurement strategies and maintain smooth supply chain operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

**Procurement Process**:Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition, purchase order creation, and order tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout the procurement cycle. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

**Cost Management**:Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Work towards achieving cost reduction goals without compromising on quality or service. Conduct regular price benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.

**Contract Management**:Draft and review contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements. Track contract expiration dates and proactively renegotiate agreements as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

**Quality Assurance**:Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that received goods and services meet specified standards. Handle supplier performance evaluations and take corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, terms, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
