We are Looking for PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Vadodara

Experience: 5-10 Yrs.

Role:

Their role involves identifying suitable vendors, evaluating their offers, and building relationships to guarantee product quality and service consistency, ultimately supporting the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identifying, evaluating, and selecting new and existing suppliers.

· Negotiating prices and contract terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

· Managing the entire buying cycle, from identifying needs to placing orders and managing delivery schedules.

· Ensuring that procured materials and services meet the required standards and specifications.

· Procuring goods and services at the lowest possible cost without compromising quality or service.

· Ensuring an uninterrupted flow of materials to support production and operational schedules.

· Creating and processing purchase orders in compliance with company procedures and policies.

· Addressing procurement issues, finding alternative suppliers, and expediting processes to prevent delays.

· Should be well versed with SAP software and Microsoft excel & Powerpoint presentation.
