Jewellery Sales Assistant

As a Jewelry Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing expert advice on jewelry selection, including gemstones, metals, and designs.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conducting sales transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of at least 2 years in jewelry sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
