**Work Location**:Khasra no 12/2, Dhunela Berk road, village Dhunela, tehsil Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Curriculum Implementation**:

- Develop and implement life skills programs as per CBSE guidelines.
- Conduct interactive sessions, role-plays, and experiential learning activities to enhance students’ problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
- Teach students essential skills such as stress management, conflict resolution, self-confidence, empathy, time management, and leadership.

**Student Engagement & Development**:

- Encourage positive behavioral changes through discussions and structured learning activities.
- Support students in goal setting, personal growth, and self-motivation.
- Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment for students to express their thoughts and emotions freely.

**Collaboration & School Support**:

- Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and parents to address students’ personal and social development.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs for students & parents.
- Identify and support students facing emotional, social, or behavioral issues through observation.

**Assessment & Reporting**:

- Evaluate students’ growth, participation, and progress in life skills activities.
- Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school management on life skills development.
- Maintain records of student participation and performance in life skills programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching, counseling, or conducting life skills training is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with students across different age groups.
- Passionate about student well-being, personal development, and holistic education.

**Work Environment & Schedule**:

- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly sessions as per school timetable.
