The Kindergarten Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kindergarten program, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves coordinating curriculum implementation, supervising staff, communicating with parents, and maintaining program quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development and Implementation:

- Coordinate and implement the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, activity calendars, and educational materials.

2. Staff Supervision and Support:

- Supervise and evaluate kindergarten teachers and assistants.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure staff effectiveness.

3. Communication and Parent Relations:

- Foster positive relationships with parents, encouraging involvement and feedback.

4. Program Administration:

- Manage kindergarten enrollment, registration, and attendance.
- Coordinate with other school departments to ensure smooth operations.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program quality, implementing improvements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proven experience in kindergarten education, teaching, or administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and administrators.
- Familiarity with educational standards, regulations, and best practices.

Desirable Qualities:

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience with curriculum development, staff supervision, and program administration.
- Certification in kindergarten education or a related field.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
