**Job Title: Marketing Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments within the marketing team to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Allocate marketing materials, including digital assets, print materials, and promotional items, ensuring timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing content, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and analysis to the team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and coordination skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
