Refrens is high growth account and crm software startup. We have offices in Bangalore and Surat. We are looking to hire dedicated individuals for our Business Development and Customer Success team.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-end startup as a Revenue Executive. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the company's revenue growth by implementing effective strategies, managing sales processes, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our startup in a dynamic and innovative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and add-on services to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deal stages.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
