**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets. Research and analyze potential markets and strategies to increase business reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets. Understand market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sale with international clients. Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Market Research**: Analyze and monitor the competitive landscape in different regions, identifying opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other related sales data. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**: Communicate effectively across different cultures, respecting cultural differences and adapting sales techniques accordingly

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with a focus on international markets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and understand different cultures and international business practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
