**Experience Needed** : 1 to 2 Yrs working experience in automobile front office or any other showroom or office reception

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Managing daily front office operations, including appointment bookings, call handling, and coordination with service advisors.
- **Service Coordination**: Coordinating with service advisors and technicians to provide accurate service timelines and updates to customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining service records and updating customer profiles in the system.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Managing waiting areas, preparing reports, and managing customer feedback forms.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team with customer follow-up and lead generation.

- **Problem Solving**:Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- **Computer Skills**:Proficiency in using computer systems for appointment scheduling, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- **Knowledge of Automotive Industry**:Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and procedures is helpful, but not always required.
