**Position Title**: Telecaller - Sales and Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to explain products/services and generate sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.
- **Lead Management**:

- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion to sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Address customer complaints or issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the team leader/manager.
- Provide customer feedback to improve products, services, or sales strategies.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers and discounts during calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- **Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience as a telecaller, sales executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn about products/services and stay updated on industry trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
