Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as needed].
- Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections positively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role preferred (freshers can also apply).
Job Type: Full-time
