Position: Part-Time Telecaller

**Job Type**: Part-Time (3-4 hours per day)

Location: Thrissur

**Salary**: ₹4000-6000 per month

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide information about our offerings. This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for students, homemakers, or individuals seeking additional income.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Promote products/services to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details using CRM software.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Good listening skills and the ability to comprehend customer needs.

Basic computer knowledge.
