We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective students and parents, providing information about our study abroad programs, and scheduling counseling sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes to students and parents.
- Schedule counseling appointments for walk-in and virtual consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to lead conversion.
- Coordinate with counselors and marketing teams for event promotions and seminars.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience (preferably in education/consultancy).
- Excellent communication skills in **Malayalam and English**.
- Confidence, patience, and a polite phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred).
