**We are seeking an experienced and skilled **SAP Security Freelancer Trainer** to deliver high-quality training to professionals and aspiring SAP Security experts. The trainer will be responsible for conducting online or in-person sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of SAP Security concepts and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on **SAP Security**, including **roles, authorizations, user management, and system security**.
- Develop and customize training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios for learners.
- Provide in-depth knowledge on **SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)**, including **access controls, risk management, and audit compliance**.
- Guide students through SAP security best practices, ensuring proper security configurations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SAP security and incorporate them into training content.
- Offer one-on-one mentorship and support to learners to enhance their understanding of complex SAP Security concepts.
- Prepare learners for **SAP certification exams** by focusing on the key areas required to pass the certification.
- Track learner progress, provide feedback, and suggest areas of improvement to help them excel in SAP Security roles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **SAP Security** with expertise in SAP user administration, role management, and security audit.
- Familiarity with **SAP GRC** (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and its components.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, both in-person and online, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver them in an understandable manner for learners with varying levels of expertise.
- SAP certification in security modules is a plus.
- Flexibility to work with different schedules and offer weekend or evening sessions if required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to help resolve student queries and system issues during training.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an SAP Security consultant, with hands-on project implementation or administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA** Security.
- Proficiency in creating hands-on labs and exercises that simulate real-world SAP Security scenarios.
