**Part-Time Cyber Security Trainer (3+ Years Experience)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Cyber Security Trainer** with 3+ years of industry expertise to deliver high-quality training sessions on various cybersecurity concepts and tools. This is a **part-time** role, ideal for professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and mentoring learners in cybersecurity best practices, ethical hacking, threat management, and security protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive **online or in-person** training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Customize training programs to meet the needs of different learners (students, working professionals, corporate teams).
- **Content Development**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies.
- Create real-world cybersecurity scenarios for practical learning.
- **Mentorship & Assessment**:

- Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to learners.
- Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, assignments, and live projects.
- **Technology Expertise & Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and solutions.
- Share real-world cybersecurity case studies and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **3+ years of hands-on experience** in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of **network security, web security, cryptography, threat intelligence, risk management, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)**:

- Experience with security tools such as **Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, Nmap, Kali Linux, SIEM tools, and Firewalls.**:

- **Certifications (preferred)**: CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** to explain complex security concepts to learners.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus.
