**Counselor (Front Desk/Telecounselor)**
- Counselling students and parents for admission related in our institute.
- Handling walk-ins, addressing students’ queries, ensuring conversions in person and on phone, Follow up on leads generated
- Keeping a track of schedules and updating students to ensure smooth running of classes
- Distribution and allocation of study material like workbooks, printed notes
- Co-ordinate with other centre heads
- Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required
- Liaison with Backend office (Naraina New Delhi) for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
- Handling other assigned administrative responsibilities including upkeep of centre infrastructure
**Key Competencies**
- Prior experience in the education industry of more than 6months-2 years
- Experience in handling walk-ins and counselling the students
- Maintaining and updating students’ data
- Previous tele sales experience - an added advantage
- Good conversion ratio, good student connection skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal driven
- Basic computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate Experienced female joiners, Stable, Honest with cash handling
- Speaking skills English, hindi, any regional language
- Preferable nearby residing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
