**Job Title: Female Counselor**

**Location: Naraina, Delhi**

We are actively seeking a compassionate and empathetic Female Counselor to join our team in Naraina, Delhi. As a Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing support, guidance, and counseling services to individuals, helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to understand their concerns and goals.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals facing personal, academic, or professional challenges.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized counseling plans.
- Offer resources and information on mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
- Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and mental health resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in counseling or a related field is beneficial.
- Familiarity with issues related to women's mental health.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹10,914.23 - ₹24,492.06 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Naraina, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
