**Role Overview**

As a **Marketing** **Sales Trainee**, you will undergo a **6-month structured training program** where you will learn the essentials of sales, distribution, and customer engagement in the sports industry. On successful completion, you will move into a full-time sales role with the opportunity to manage accounts, grow partnerships, and contribute to Cappella’s business expansion.

**Responsibilities**

By the end of the training, you will be able to:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Assist in promoting and distributing existing and new sports brands.
- Support product placement and visibility in partner stores.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals.
- Participate in product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Use sales tools to identify and prioritize opportunities.

**Competencies We Look For**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and interest in the retail industry.
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Enthusiasm for sports and willingness to build a career in sales.
