**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Females Only)
**Location**: Mumbai
**Work Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: INR 25,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- **Customer Profiling**: Identify customer needs and preferences to tailor interactions for future engagements.
- **Managing Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, facilitating smooth processes from booking to delivery and promptly addressing any issues.
- **Handling Inquiries & Complaints**: Act as the initial point of contact for customer questions and complaints, working with internal teams to ensure efficient solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport; fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive approach to resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
