Job Title: School Business Co-ordinator

Reports to: Business Development Manager

About Us:
We are a leading Multi Sports & Adventure company seeking an experienced School Business Co-ordinator to develop and maintain business collaborations with international schools and colleges.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to establish partnerships with international schools and colleges.

2. Utilize existing connections within the education sector to generate new business leads and opportunities.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at international schools and colleges.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of partner schools and colleges.

5. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

6. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

7. Identify and attend relevant education conferences, events, and trade shows to promote our services and establish new connections.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in business development within the education sector, preferably with international schools and colleges.

2. Extensive connections within the education sector, with a strong network of contacts at international schools and colleges.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience working with educational technology or services.

2. Knowledge of international education markets and trends.

3. Fluency in multiple languages.
