Pre-school Co-ordinator

**1) Co-Ordinator Responsibilities**

**Function**:Academic & Operations, Staff Management, Parents Counselling, Marketing, Sales,

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
**Operations**:

- **Logistics**:
Track and manage Logistics (current stock maintenance and timely procurement towards exhausted material)

Oversee bus services provided to the children either by Montana or any other third party vendor.
- **Staff Management**:
Recruitment for all open positions

Supervision, training and evaluation of the staff on an on-going basis by: o Defining job roles and responsibilities
- Annual performance goals, appraisals, counselling them by offering corrective advise and action if performance dips

Retention activities

Staff meets

In-service training, workshops to improve staff performance

Assist in class if necessary and/or arrange for relief staff in the absence of a teacher

Attendance and leave

**Marketing & Sales**:

- Ensure maximum conversions to increase revenue, profitability of the School
- Prepare the Marketing and PR strategy. Implement it (Advertising, Events, etc.) in conjunction with the Director.
- Relationship Management with Parents, Corporates, External Education Agencies, Local Services and Representatives (Govt., Hospitals etc.)
- **Program Deployment**:
Regular follow ups with the Academic Head and Academics team to evaluate progress and effectiveness of the various programs offered

Regular meets with Teachers and Other School Staff to manage, review progress and effectiveness of the various programs offered
- **Other Meets**:
Board meets and annual motivational retreats for staff (if required)

Plan, coordinate and host events/workshops for parents

After school clubs etc. for students
- Stakeholder Relationships:
Manage parent grievances and concerns promptly in conjunction with the Lead Teacher

Manage any staff grievances or concerns and address them with the Director
- **MIS**:
Prepare monthly and annual reports (financial as well as administrative such as admission report etc.)
- **Neighbourhood Watch**:
Ensure parents, other guests and the students practise and maintain discipline in and around the preschool neighbourhood.
- **Health and safety**:
Follow all the health and safety protocols

Undertake Fire Evacuation Drills and other Health and Safety Exercises regularly and maintain records

**2) Teachers Responsibilities and Duties**
- Read and gain a thorough understanding of the curriculum
- Deliver classes through offline medium
- Implement the daily program of activities based in accordance with the program’s curriculum
- Use available teaching aids or create teaching aids such as charts, displays when required
- Implement/Prepare/execute weekly plans, activities and programs
- Set up and maintain a safe, organized and attractive classroom which is conducive to the optimal growth and development of a child
- Coordinate and work with the Centre Head and other Mentors on center-related matters such as Celebrations, Events and Field Trips etc.
- Track progress of each child as per the Preschool guidelines.
- Review the progress of each child with colleagues.
- Develop written plans to promote each child’s growth, aid in building a sense of self discipline and self-esteem in the child
- Develop a positive relationship with each child
- Interact at regular intervals (defined in the academic calendar) with parents, attend to their queries and address their concerns
- Knowledge on using ZOOM/Google Meet

Maintain First Aid Box
- **Other Responsibility Areas**:Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate & directed by Preschool management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1.00 per month
