**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with multiple logistics vendors to negotiate the best costs and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Warehouse Interaction**: Coordinate with warehouses for inventory management and dispatch operations.
- **Sales Team Support**: Work closely with sales executives and coordinators to align logistics with sales timelines and requirements.
- **Logistics Optimization**: Identify and implement cost-effective and time-efficient transportation solutions.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain daily stock in/out entries and keep the stock sheet accurately updated.
- **Stock Audits**: Regularly reconcile physical stock with master stock sheets to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- **Dispatch Monitoring**: Track and document all dispatches; ensure the status is always up to date.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide timely updates on shipments, delays, and stock movements to all relevant stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Excel and logistics management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory)
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
