Sales Coordinator Female

A sales coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team, which includes managing schedules, processing orders, and preparing sales reports. This role also involves assisting with sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining customer databases to help the sales team achieve its targets. Core responsibilities
- Administrative support: Manage the sales team's schedules, coordinate internal meetings, and handle administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
- Sales and order processing: Process sales orders, track them through to delivery, and assist with proposals and contracts.
- Reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis to help inform strategies and objectives.
- Customer relations: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and maintain a good relationship with clients.
- Team and strategy support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, help implement sales cycles, and support the development of sales strategies.
- Coordination: Work with other departments like marketing and logistics to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
- Training and onboarding: Assist in hiring and training new sales team members and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Market and competitor analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
