Location:

- Vadgaon Budruk Pune Maharashtra

Salary:

- 15,000 To 22,000 Per Month.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years as a Site IN charge
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a site IN charge or similar role in real estate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects at the site.
- Manage on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work.
- Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to management.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Other Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Understanding of health and safety standards.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
