**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Inside Sales Representative** with **1-2 years of experience in international voice process, RPO, or BPO**. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing client relationships, and expanding our customer base in the USA market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Manage sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Conduct research to identify new prospects and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in international voice process / RPO / BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work the night shift (5 PM - 2 AM).

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
