Bonenkar Implants Private Limited, a leader in orthopedic implant innovation, is seeking an experienced International Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is vital for driving our global expansion and increasing the reach of our ortho implant range. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in international markets, ready to take on the challenge of elevating our brand on the global stage.
**Position**: International Sales and Marketing Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Calls**: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, answering queries regarding our ortho implant range, and guiding customers through our products and services.
- **Outbound Calls**: Proactively reach out to potential leads, introduce our ortho implant products, and create interest by highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
- **Sales Execution**: Lead the expansion of our ortho implant range in international markets, including identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and managing distributor relationships.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance against targets, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent Bonenkar Implants at international trade shows, conferences, and meetings, effectively communicating our value proposition to a global audience.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure all international sales and marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and market insights.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales and marketing,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or technical or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful international sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills are highly regarded).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
