We partner with some of the large IT companies and help them deliver impactful experiences.

We are scaling and are looking at UX Designers to join our team.

We are seeking professionals with a good UX background.

A portfolio is mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver an intuitive user experience across platforms/devices
- Craft personas and user journeys
- Create and design wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to support concepts and design briefs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to include their point of view
- Work with development teams and ensure that the final product follows UX principles and guidelines set
- Passion for design
- Experience ranging from 3+ years of design experience working with product teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a good mix of web, mobile designs.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. *Be ready to show us some

examples
- Ability to frame key questions to understand client needs
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of tools, e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision etc.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with partner as well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
- Passionate about creating value through design
- Good communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
- Experience in managing communications effectively

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
