**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **day-to-day store operations**, including material inward/outward, binning, and stock updating.
- Maintain **accurate inventory records** using store management software or ERP systems.
- Track stock levels and coordinate **material issues to production** as per job orders.
- Ensure proper **storage, labelling, and identification** of raw materials, tools, and finished goods.
- Perform **regular stock audits, reconciliations**, and submit inventory reports.
- Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices and maintain **minimum stock levels** for critical items.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material planning.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **store or warehouse management**.
- Proficiency in **store software** (Tally, Zoho Inventory, ERP, or Excel-based tracking tools).
- Knowledge of basic **stock auditing, GRN/GIN**, and material handling practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in electronics, or mechanical parts handling.
- Familiarity with barcode/RFID-based inventory systems.
- Working knowledge of safety standards for material storage.
