- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and promote critical thinking.

**Historical Research**:

- Stay updated on historical research, new findings, and academic developments in the field.
- Integrate relevant research and primary sources into the curriculum.

**Student Assessment**:

- Develop and administer assessments, including exams, projects, and essays, to evaluate students' understanding of historical concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to guide students in their academic progress.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities, discussions, and resources effectively.

**Individualized Support**:

- Provide additional support and guidance to students who may need help in grasping historical concepts.
- Offer opportunities for further exploration and research for students with a keen interest in history.

- Integrate technology tools and resources into history lessons to enhance the learning experience.
