**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver history lessons to senior school students (grades 11-12), covering topics related to history, geography, culture, politics, and world events.
- Design and implement lesson plans, ensuring that the curriculum objectives are met while catering to the varying learning needs of students.
- Use diverse teaching methods (lectures, discussions, multimedia, group work) to make history engaging and relatable.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in developing and refining the history curriculum for senior students, ensuring it aligns with the educational standards and objectives.
- Modify teaching strategies and resources to address students' needs and learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and administer assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of historical concepts.
- Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
- Conduct remedial classes for students struggling with specific topics.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Handle classroom discipline in a fair and consistent manner.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer academic counseling and guidance to students regarding their studies, career choices, and historical interests.
- Motivate students to explore history beyond the classroom through field trips, extracurricular activities, or independent research projects.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend school meetings, staff development programs, and workshops to keep up to date with changes in the history curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of world history and educational best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the school leadership and parents to track student progress and discuss concerns.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Prepare reports on student achievements and areas needing improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
