**Position**: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Social Science

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Social Science lessons for senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Maintain proper academic records and submit reports as per school policy.
- Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students for academic excellence and career choices.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs for professional development.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s degree in Social Science (History/Political Science/Geography/Economics) with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use technology effectively for teaching and student engagement.
- Passion for education and commitment to student growth.
