Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle **student/parent inquiries** via calls, walk-ins, and meetings with a problem-solving approach
- Clearly explain **NEET Navigator’s services and programs** to parents & students
- Provide **counseling sessions** to students, helping them plan their career/admission strategy
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students/parents
- Build trust-based relationships while addressing student/parent concerns
- Support in conducting workshops, seminars, or awareness sessions as needed
- Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and counseling activities

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **counseling, teaching, customer service, or student guidance** is highly desirable
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** (English & Hindi)
- Ability to **empathize and connect** with parents & students
- Organized, confident, and comfortable in handling one-to-one sessions
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory if skills match)
