We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team in two distinct roles**:Education Loan / Insurance Advisor** and **Data Analyst**. The Education Loan / Insurance Advisor will provide expert advice to clients seeking education loans or insurance plans, helping them navigate available options and make informed decisions. The Data Analyst will manage and analyze data to help drive business decisions, improving efficiency and outcomes.

**Education Loan / Insurance Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in understanding and selecting the right education loan or insurance products.
- Provide detailed information on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms for education loans.
- Explain various insurance policies and their benefits to clients based on their requirements.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by offering personalized solutions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, loan options, and insurance products to provide accurate and timely advice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in education loans, insurance sales, or a similar advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Additional certifications in finance or insurance (preferred but not mandatory).

**Data Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets to help inform business strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, cleaning and organizing raw data as needed.
- Provide statistical and analytical support to enhance business performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of data management and analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or analytics tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
