**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Expert Student Counseling**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students, assessing their academic profiles and recommending suitable study options in the USA, Australia, UK, and New Zealand.
- Explain visa processes and requirements clearly and comprehensively.
- Conduct thorough assessments of student profiles to determine eligibility for various programs.
- Counselling all walk in students, and incoming queries regarding study options and visa processes.
- **Admissions and Visa Management**:

- Manage the entire university and college admission process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up with admission teams for offer letters, fee receipts, and other necessary documents.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and address concerns effectively.
- Follow up with positive clients, and target maximum conversions.
- **Business Development and Lead Management**:

- Follow up with incoming leads and present the company's services effectively.
- Proactively contact clients and company associates to convey important information.
- **Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest admission policies and visa requirements for partner institutions.
- Participate in online and in-person training sessions to enhance knowledge of international education programs.
- **Data and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client information and documentation within the CRM system.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
- Proven ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹11,021.23 - ₹37,751.72 per month
