**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute field marketing strategies** to promote the app to local farmers, retailers, and consumers in targeted regions.
- **Build and maintain relationships** with local farmers, marketplaces, and fresh produce suppliers to onboard them onto the platform.
- Conduct **market research** to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities for growth within the fresh produce industry.
- Organize and participate in **local events, farmer’s markets, and community fairs** to promote the app and its benefits to potential users.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure that **offline marketing efforts align with online campaigns**.
- **Distribute promotional materials** such as flyers, brochures, and demo the app to demonstrate how it simplifies access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Monitor and report on **market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback** to adjust strategies and improve user engagement.
- **Track performance metrics** such as customer sign-ups, app downloads, and vendor partnerships to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- **Provide training and support** to vendors and farmers on how to use the app, helping them set up their accounts and maximize sales.
- **Collect feedback** from customers and vendors to improve app features and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fresh produce or agriculture sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with local agricultural practices and farmer networks is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel frequently to different locations, interact with local stakeholders, and work in the field.
- Passion for sustainability, healthy eating, and supporting local farmers.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to demonstrate product benefits.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the fruits and vegetables supply chain or similar industries.
- Knowledge of local languages and dialects.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
